Hosted and narrated by Wes Studi (Dances with Wolves), this multi-award-winning biography tells the story of the life of the 19th-century Native American Seneca Chief, and federal engineer, Ely Parker, who defied racial barriers to succeed in two very different worlds, including, as the Civil War Secretary to General Ulysses S. Grant during the Civil War, he wrote down the terms of surrender at Appomattox.
